George and Mariah Wortman arrived in
Nova Scotia on June 3, 1766.

They had three known sons:
Jacob, Martin and John. Sketchy information suggests

David, James and Albert.
Recent information reveals three daughters: 
Christina, Catherine and Margaret.

George III granted George and Mariah
title to their land along the River Petitcodiac in 1777.
